Vito, Flemish Institute for Technological Research, is an independent research centre, a crossroad of knowledge where the latest technologies and practical applications meet.Vito conducts customer oriented contract research and develops innovative products ans processes in the field of energy, environment and materials, for the public and the private sector. Central to all projects are the protection of the environment and the promotion of sustainable use of energy and raw material, achieving a healthy living and working environment being the ultimate goal.
